I graduated from Hastings College in 2023 with a diploma in Level 3 Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Therapy. In 2024, I continued my studies and passed my Level 4 Sports Injury Diploma. Alongside this qualification, I also offer Dry Cupping Therapy and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage when required in my Sports Massage appointments.

I have a passion for hands on rehabilitation, injury prevention and management to maintain optimal body mechanics during everyday activities.
