Saskia Wickenden | MChiro (First Class Hons) DC

I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 2020. I set up Gatehouse Health in April 2024, and continue to work part-time at Southcote Proactive Healthcare in Maidstone.

My goal is to provide a high standard of individualised, patient-centred care to help you function to the best of your abilities. It’s all about finding what works for each person, whether that’s spinal manipulation, mobilisation, massage, dry needling, more emphasis on an exercise program or lifestyle advice. 

Keeley Tilbury

I graduated from Hastings College in 2023 with a diploma in Level 3 Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Therapy. In 2024, I continued my studies and passed my Level 4 Sports Injury Diploma. Alongside this qualification, I also offer cupping therapy as an add-on to my Sports Massage appointments.

I have a passion for hands on rehabilitation, injury prevention and management to maintain optimal body mechanics during everyday activities.

I am excited to start my professional career joining the Gatehouse Health team and to have the opportunity to help the local community.
