Clinic Owner, Human & Veterinary Chiropractor & Sports Massage Therapist

Saskia Wickenden | MChiro (First Class Hons) DC, PDAC

I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 2020 with a First Class Honours Master of Chiropractic degree and also hold a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy qualification. After working as an Associate Chiropractor at Southcote Proactive Healthcare in Maidstone, I established Gatehouse Health in April 2024.

With a background in competitive equestrian sport, Modern Pentathlon and 10m Air Pistol Shooting, I have a strong interest in Sports Chiropractic and the biomechanics of athletic performance. I provide individualised care using a combination of spinal manipulation, mobilisation, massage, dry needling, exercise, and lifestyle advice.

I am also a qualified Veterinary Chiropractor, registered with the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA), and offer treatment for both horses and dogs. My work includes integrated horse and rider assessment and treatment, focusing on how the rider’s biomechanics influence the horse’s comfort, movement, and behaviour.
