Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy focuses on the assessment and treatment of pain, injury, and dysfunction affecting muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. The aim is to restore movement and function when the body’s mechanical systems are impacted – whether through injury, repetitive strain, postural challenges, or the natural structural changes that can occur over time.

Kat is passionate about supporting patients in their recovery through personalised assessment and tailored treatment plans designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help individuals return to the activities that matter most to them.

This may include support for:

  • Sports-related injuries
  • Repetitive strain and overuse injuries
  • Postural dysfunction and movement-related pain
  • Joint instability
  • Balance and coordination changes
  • Vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work support
  • Age-related or long-term structural changes
