For returning patients who have not seen a Chiropractor at Gatehouse Health within the last 12 months. This longer appointment provides a thorough assessment, including an updated medical history, review of new concerns, detailed examination, and clear feedback on findings. Treatment will be provided during the appointment if it is clinically appropriate based on your current presentation.

Paediatric (aged 11-18 years) Initial Consultation

Per session (45-minutes).

This soothing 60-minute treatment uses light touch or hands-off techniques to restore harmony and leave you feeling peaceful, centred and re-energised. A break from the daily rush, and a gentle reset for mind body and spirit.

Children (1-12 years) Reiki Therapy

Per session (30-minutes).

Reiki offers gentle support for children aged 1–12, helping them feel calmer, more balanced, and secure. It can ease anxiety, improve sleep and support emotional expression. Reiki encourages relaxation and harmony in body and mind.

Small children can rest in their parent’s arms or on their lap while Lenka gently holds their hand or touches their head, hands, and tummy.

Newborns (0-12 months) Reiki Therapy

Per session (30-minutes).

Reiki offers a gentle, nurturing energy for babies from birth to 12 months, supporting calmness, deeper sleep, and emotional comfort. It can ease restlessness, support digestion, and help soothe babies during growth and developmental changes. Reiki energy encourages deep relaxation and supports a gentle, healthy start in life.
