Sports Massage is a therapeutic technique designed to target muscles, tendons, and ligaments that are stressed during physical activity. By using deep pressure, stretching, and various massage techniques, it helps reduce muscle tightness, prevent injuries, and accelerate healing after exercise. It’s commonly used by athletes to improve flexibility and decrease recovery time.
Do you have to be sporty to book this type of massage? No, you don’t have to be sporty to benefit from a Sports Massage! We offer a bespoke approach so your appointment is tailored to your needs.

As an optional supplement to you Sports Massage, Keeley is also trained in Dry Cupping Therapy.
Dry Cupping is a Sports Massage technique whereby suction cups are used on the skin to lift the muscle and fascia. This helps to increase blood flow, which improves tissue mobility and hence your body’s natural healing response. This in turn aids relaxation and well-being, and helps to reduce muscle tension.
