I’d never experienced Reiki before meeting Lenka, and I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better introduction. From the moment I walked in, she created an atmosphere of warmth, safety, and genuine care. Even though I usually struggle to unwind, she guided me into a state of calm I haven’t felt in years.

Lenka’s intuition, knowledge, and presence are extraordinary. You can feel her skill and her energy throughout the entire session, a sensation I have never experienced before. It’s as if she instinctively knows exactly what you need. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply supported. I slept incredibly well since I can’t recommend Lenka and her Reiki sessions highly enough – she is really great at what she does.

Genuinely can’t say enough good things about my experience with Gatehouse Health. I’ve been treated by Harriet for a Shoulder Injury, having given up trying to get any sense out of the NHS, and I have to say she’s marvelous! Harriet’s knowledge is incredible and within 1 session we’d identified the problem and she’d laid out what needed to be done. I’ve subsequently followed up now and we’re already moving to preventative exercises to stop re-occurrence, but rest assured I’m going back with all my other dysfunctional limbs and muscles! Big thanks from me to everyone there, great service all round, but special thanks to Harriet for fixing what I thought was doomed to be permanent.

I had a very painful and stiff back. I went to see Harriet here , and she has not only improved my pain immensely, she has also supported and motivated me to improve my posture and muscle strength. I would recommend her highly.

I’ve been treated by Harriet a few times now for some tightness in my hamstrings. Harriet is lovely, she goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and not to mention has really helped with my tight hamstrings with various massaging techniques. Saskia has been treating me for a long time and I recently moved out of the area so tried someone knew and they just weren’t as good so I now travel to see Saskia to keep on top of my back, neck and shoulder pain monthly. I recently used Keely for a 1 hour sports massage concentrating on them specific areas and wow amazing. Well worth the extra miles in the car. Amazing.

I cannot recommend Gatehouse Health enough, after suffering with lower back problems for a decade and seeing all number of different osteopaths and doctors and never feeling better for more than a few days, within 4 appointments with Saskia I feel better than I have in years

Been seeing Saskia for a couple of years and followed her to Gatehouse, she recommended sports massage with Keeley. Due to my manual work I’ve found it helpful to alternate between chiropractic and sports massage , could not recommend enough!
