Absolutely brilliant, lovely staff and my therapist Keeley works wonders on my troublesome back/shoulders to free up all the knots that causes my back to go into spasm, I really couldn’t do without the regular sessions with her that keep me going, and a very reasonable price for a full half an hour session 😊

I originally came to Saskia for help with migraines, but I’ve kept coming back because of how much she’s helped with my neck pain and general body aches. Her approach is friendly, professional, and reassuring. She takes the time to understand what’s going on and always explains things clearly, which makes a big difference. I’ve noticed real improvements not just with the migraines, but with my overall posture and everyday aches and pains. I have had such a positive experience at Gatehouse Health in Battle. I went to see their Chiropractor Saskia as I had hurt my back, causing a flare up of sciatica which left me unable to do very much. Over a few weeks Saskia worked with me to understand the injury and what exercises and help I needed to start to get better. I now have no symptoms and feel completely healed!
Saskia is friendly and professional and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. I always left the sessions feeling so much better physically and knowing that my back pain had an end in sight made me feel better emotionally too. The support staff are really friendly too and always greeted me with a smile and friendly conversation.
I cannot recommend Gatehouse Health more. I know that if my sciatica has another flare up I will be straight back there and if I have any other muscle or skeletal issues I will too.

Had a fantastic experience here today. It was my first visit and everything was impressive. The online booking system was easy to use & convenient. The location was right on the High Street and I had no issue parking nearby. The reception area was bright & clean & welcoming. I was treated by Saskia who is a brilliant Chiropractor. The perfect balance of friendliness & professionalism. The treatment room was really spacious. After a thorough consultation I was examined & then treated. I arrived with lower back & neck pain and left feeling so much better. For context, I’m a Therapeutic Massage Therapist and can be rather anxious about who I get treated by but with Saskia, I instantly felt in very safe & experienced hands. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Saskia was extremely welcoming, kind and patient with my son who was anxious. She explained each step carefully and ensured he was happy before moving on. Saskia gave some excellent advice and the treatment she gave made a noticeable difference to his symptoms immediately. Amazing service throughout. Saskia gave me a brilliant last minute appointment when I had a neuralgia flare up. After having Saskia once all the pain settled down and went away. I was very lucky Saskia fitted me in as I was in complete agony and having two young children, and had nothing that could take away the pain. So I am extremely grateful to Saskia for my treatment it was brilliant. I will definitely be back for more treatments regularly.

Saskia came out to treat my horse who was in need of a good MOT before going back into work. Saskia was brilliant with him, he was so relaxed with her even when she was on her blocks! She was brilliant at explaining to you what is going on in your horses body, which really helps you understand as an owner. Saskia gave us exercises to do to maintain his flexibility as well as improve his core and hind quarter strength. I could not recommend her enough!!
