I graduated from Hastings College in 2023 with a Diploma in Level 3 Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Therapy. In 2024, I continued my studies and passed my Level 4 Sports Injury Diploma. Alongside this qualification, I also offer cupping therapy as an add-on to my Sports Massage appointments.
I have a passion for hands on rehabilitation, injury prevention and management to maintain optimal body mechanics during everyday activities.

I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 2020 with a First Class Honours degree in Master of Chiropractic. During my time at university, I also qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage therapist. I worked as an associate Chiropractor at Southcote Proactive Healthcare in Maidstone for a few years before setting up Gatehouse Health in April 2024.
