Chiropractic focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
Chiropractors use a range of techniques to reduce pain, improve function and increase mobility. We use a variety of treatment techniques, including Chiropractic hands-on manipulation of the spine (a safe, often gentle, technique to free joints in the spine or other areas of the body that are not moving properly), soft-tissue therapy and dry needling, alongside rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle advice.
Common conditions we treat include; lower back pain, sciatica, headaches arising from the neck, ankle sprains, joint pains, mechanical neck pain, minor sports injuries, lumbago, rotator cuff injuries, and many other forms of musculoskeletal disorder.
Our Chiropractor is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).

Whether at home, at work or at play, you put your body through a lot each and everyday. Loss of joint movement may be caused by your everyday lifestyle, through accident and injury, or just simple wear and tear.
Because chiropractors understand the underlying stresses that the body can be put under, they can advise you about preventative measures to try and avoid causing damage or injury.
People of all ages and from all walks of life can benefit from chiropractic treatment.
Chiropractors treat problems with joints, bones and muscles, and the effects they have on the nervous system. Treatment consists of a wide range of manipulation techniques (some very gentle) designed to improve the function of the joints, relieving pain and muscle spasm.
I graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in 2020. I set up Gatehouse Health in April 2024, and continue to work part-time at Southcote Proactive Healthcare in Maidstone.
My goal is to provide a high standard of individualised, patient-centred care to help you function to the best of your abilities. It’s all about finding what works for each person, whether that’s spinal manipulation, mobilisation, massage, dry needling, more emphasis on an exercise program or lifestyle advice.
